Experiencing the saddest part of being in a relationship for quite some time is one of the most painful thing one experiences in his or her life time. Can you remember that day when everything vanished into thin air, as if all the colors of the world were gone? Almost all people who experience the love of being with some special person suffer pain when the relationship ends. The most painful part aside from it is the fact that you should move on with your life, and accept the fact that your special one won’t be with you as you do it. Moving on is really hard, but one should do it, right?
Avoiding the thought of ‘him’ or ‘her’ comes next with moving on. Those memories you had for that special someone would hunt you until you lose your mind, believe me. So make your mind busy instead. Work with something that would somehow make you forget. If you want to work, then work. If you want to eat, then eat. Just ensure that you are still keeping your nutrition and health trim and fit, since you don’t want to see your self so huge since you are too pre-occupied with getting your thoughts about him away.
But how do you start moving on? First things first, release all those locked feelings inside you and cry them all out. You might not believe it, but this would actually make you feel a lot better. Crying has been a natural thing for us ever since we are still a baby. And all those cries eventually dry up in time. Don’t keep those bitter feelings inside, release them all, and surely, somehow, you’d feel good after. Otherwise, you can play some video games to divert your attention to something else. It is enjoyable and at the same time, very entertaining.
